For the patients

The SwiftT App is a great way to consult your doctor. You can get expert medical advice from your own doctor, without having to visit the hospital. You can book a video – consultation or use the SwiftT Chat feature to exchange information. You can get easy access to your medical and diagnostic reports. You can also share reports from other sources with your doctor. The system is integrated with your hospital’s electronic medical records so that your medical information is always accurate and up to date.

Your prescription is available for you to download via your phone. Since it is in a digital format, you can easily pass it to your pharmacy and get your prescription medicines from the comfort of your home.

You can also use the app to select and book an OPD appointment at your convenience. And should the need arise, you can easily modify this appointment as per your requirements.



For the doctors

The swiftT app provides a smooth and intuitive interface for interacting with your patients. Through the video consultation facility, you can see your patients as you talk to them. Patients can share old prescriptions, show you their medicines. The high quality sound makes it easy to perform basic clinical evaluations such as listening to a cough or judging the hoarseness in the voice.

The SwiftT platform also lets you talk to other doctors, should you want to discuss something or refer a patient for specialized care.

The app integrates with the electronic records management system of your hospital, so you have access to the patient’s clinical case summary and all past visits. Important information like allergies are highlighted. The clinical summary you write and the prescription you issue are uploaded to secure cloud storage.

You can also use the app to effectively plan your busy schedule. You can see upcoming appointments. You can restrict future appointments should you be unavailable, as per your own requirements.

The SwiftT chat feature can be used to address patient concerns and to issue further instructions, as needed. This offers a convenient, low-priority and non-intrusive channel to maintain communication with patients.
